Supporting your Immunity

Boiled water is a great way to easily dissolve mucus.
Always bring your water to a rolling boil - activating the elements within.

We have been exploring supercharged hydration. Tea rituals have been around forever and cross many cultures. Ayurveda looks at this simple Sadhana (practice) as a way to bring nutrition, cleansing, rejuvenation and self-care in one little mug. Drastic weather changes have created mental spin-outs for many of our clients. The Air element is pushing everyone around. This has created a greater sense of vulnerability. Top that vulnrablity with the heavy earthy winter component, and you end up with a cold, wet, heavy combo that will sit on your back like a ton of bricks. When that Earth element sets up in your body you're in for a strong feeling of stagnation.

We have been actively balancing that feeling of stagnation with the soft feeling of love. Earth/Kapha are sweet, loving, strength and our foundation. We need them. When the weather steps into Earth/Kapha time we need to cultivate the opposite. You'll hear us repeat this phrase over and over again.

Using a tea, formula or blends, has been a creative way for us to practice a personalized healing option. It's a way to support our individual needs, tastes and flavors.
